Vanilla Cupcakes
These were my first attempt at cupcakes for a dear friend’s baby shower. Since I had never made cupcakes before I decided to keep things simple. I used a very basic cupcake recipe and topped them with butter cream icing and sprinkles in the new mom’s favourite colours, orange and green.
The cupcakes turned out wonderfully and had a great texture. The icing was fabulous and since these were eaten among friends there was no fat or calories… right?
